had my 3 seater and 2 single seater delivered 2 weeks ago. absolutely love it - albeit one of the lights on single not working but Smith City PN have been great to work with so far so will be getting this fixed. I purchased this from Rotorua service and again top notch service took 2 months to deliver but during Covid conditions i totally understood. Fully recommend this lounge suite... loving it

Really impressed with how it comes in 3 pieces which join together as we thought we couldn't get due to size etc. Taupo branch (Sam) was great when we brought this explaining everything in set up and care. Really comfy and after buying this had to have an operation so this became where I slept for 6 weeks. Haven't still really used the center consul.

Great couch we love it so comfortable the buttons were of some concern as we have small children but the novelty wore off quickly which was awesome couldn't fault this couch even if I tried 10/10
