* Repayments are indicative only and based over the selected loan amount and term, an interest rate of 23.95% p.a., a $2.95 monthly service fee and a $55 establishment fee. Full disclosure of all of the terms of your loan (including the total amount payable over the term of the loan) will be provided to you prior to finalisation of your loan. Consumer Protection Insurance (CPI) is optional and has NOT been included in the payment amounts.

How do I use Finance Now in store?

1. Get your pre-approval for a Finance Now in-store purchase.
   • Either using the above retail store pre-approval form, in advance of your store visit.
   • Or we can help you to fill out the form while in-store.
2. Bring or show your pre-approval authorisation, our team will check the details.
3. Purchase over the counter.

If you do not receive your order, please contact the retailer. After talking to the retailer and if you’re still experiencing problems, get in touch via our Help & Support page or by calling our support team on 0800 40 50 70.

You can contacting us via our Help & Support page or calling our support team on 0800 40 50 70. Please note, all outstanding amounts will need to be paid in full before you can close your account.

Is there a maximum purchase?
There is no maximum purchase with Smiths City

Is there a minimum purchase?
Smiths City has a minimum order purchase of $200 to use Finance Now.

Are there any exclusions?
Yes. Exclusions apply. Excludes vouchers, gift cards, software licenses, game activation codes, pre-orders, Customized-to-Order (CTO) Apple Mac, and backorders.
