In Stock / Low Stock

Small Items: Courier in 2-5 working days in Urban Areas / Courier in 4-7 working days in Rural Areas

Large Items: Delivery in 4-5 working days in Urban Areas / Delivery in 7-14 working days in Rural Areas

We'll always do our best to deliver your order as fast as possible, but please note deliveries may be delayed due to high order volumes.

Delivery times may vary depending on the weight and size of your goods and also the distance between your nominated shipping address and the nearest Smiths City store.

Delivery charges are displayed when you choose your delivery method in your order summary prior to payment. Exceptions do apply to free delivery, see additional Delivery Charges below.

Please note that delivery does not include unpacking, set up, or installation unless clearly specified.


Additional Delivery Charges and Free Delivery Exclusions

If your delivery address is in a rural area or your order is very large, additional charges may be required. If this is the case an Online Sales Representative will contact you to discuss your delivery.

Deliveries to some rural areas and the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) will incur additional costs and are excluded from free delivery offers.

Taking Delivery Of Your Order

All order deliveries require a signature. Items will not be left unsecured at private or commercial premises under any circumstances. If the delivery courier is unable to obtain a signature, a calling card will be left with details as to how you may arrange a pickup or re-delivery of your order.

Tracking Your Order

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipping reference. If you received a courier shipping reference, you can track your item by following the link. If Smiths City is providing the delivery we will notify the day and a.m. or p.m. time range.



Free Click & Collect

Shopping online? You can choose to collect your online order from a store for FREE instead of having it delivered to your home or business.

To place your Click & Collect order, select "Click & Collect" at the checkout, choose which store you'd like to collect from, and tell us who will be collecting your order. We'll email you again to let you know when your order is ready to be collected in-store.

Please note our Online Market range is available online only, for delivery only and are not available to view or collect from any physical Smiths City store.
