For large item deliveries

If we’re delivering a large order to your home or business, it will be delivered by our own delivery team or by one of our trusted regional delivery partners.

Here's what to expect under the Red or Orange traffic light settings:

  • We’ll contact you to organise a suitable time for delivery.
  • When we arrive at your home, we’ll knock on the door as usual.
  • To keep everyone safe, we'll be wearing our masks. Our delivery team are careful to sanitise their hands regularly and high contact surfaces too.
  • We’ll drop-off your goods to the door or garage of a ground floor address. Don’t worry – we'll do so while wearing our masks and keeping a safe distance.
  • If we're installing your order, we'll do that while wearing a mask and maintaining a safe distance from anyone inside your home.
  • Keen for a hand with installation or removal of your old appliance or furniture? Depending on where you live, we might be able to help. Send us a message to discuss additional services we offer.

For small item deliveries

Small items will be couriered to you by our delivery partner, NZ Post (Courier Post), as a signature-required delivery. For the time being, NZ Post’s signature-required delivery is different to what you might be used to.

Here’s what to expect under the Red and Orange traffic light settings:

  • Your courier will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe).
  • They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual.
  • They will then ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep. The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.
  • If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to the depot.
