Find out it's not the bed of your dreams? No worries. You’ve got 45 days from the date of delivery to get in touch and exchange it for another bed in our range.*
Prefer a refund? All good – we’ll give you your money back for the bed, minus any delivery costs.
It’s that simple.
When testing out your new mattress, be sure to use the mattress protector you purchased from us. This will help protect your bed and keep it in excellent condition.
We’re sorry to say we’ll be unable to honour the Comfort Guarantee if the bed or mattress is damaged, stained, ripped, torn or just generally stinky. No one likes stinky. Keep it clean.
If you’re not happy with your new bed, let us know no more than 45 days from the date you received your bed. We’ll be able to help you exchange your bed for something more suitable, or arrange a refund.
